Installed New Alpine IVA-W205 in my XB
Installed a new Alpine IVA-W205 in my XB. Pretty simple actually used the factory brackets off the Pioneer radio with a little trimming. Installed a PAC module to allow for steering wheel control and video bypass and Viola! Trimmed a piece of gloss black laminate as a filler around the edges and glued it to the factory Alpine trim ring which was sanded down for clearance. I also hacked the factory background on the Alpine deck to now be a Scion logo. If anyone wants the logo PM me and I will send instructions and how to do it on your IVA-D310, IVA-W200 or IVA-W205 head unit .
What do you guys think.

The Alpine IVA-W205 is new for this year and has the ability to accept the Blackbird portable navigation behind the screen. It is touch screen with pulse feed back. It also does the standard MP3, DVD, I have my XM radio hooked to it, a TV tuner and also controls my Ipod. It is a pretty kick a** piece. Since I am from Canada I can tell you the retail price up here in Canadian dollars is $899.00. You should be able to pick up them in the US for like $799.00 on a good deal.
It was this or the Pioneer AVIC-D3 but I liked the ability to take the Alpine portable NAV out and use it elsewhere.
