Default More I.C.E

I awoke this morning to find a package at my door, and what do I find?....My long awaited headrest monitors!

7" TFT LCD monitors, they are unbranded straight from the factory in Japan. From what I hear, the major companies buy these and put their name on them, and triple the price. My overhead screen is the same deal, and has great quality.

The screen:

So how do they look?

Btw, anyone know where I can get a device that will distribute the signal from my DVD player to all the screens, or allow me to use the headrests/overhead for different sources at one time (xbox/dvd)?

Use a Y-Adapter to split the signal.

I want to be able to have the xbox on the headrests, and the dvd on the overhead, or other days have dvd on all 3, or xbox on all 3....

We've used this one on a few diff. installs and I love em. Accele is a great brand with awesome mobile video pieces. Not sure of the online retailer just first one I found so I posted.

How and where do you run the wiring from the headrest to the source? (XBOX/DVD)

Through the bottom of headrest, into the seatback, out the bottom of the seatback, under the carpet to the source.

You still need to spill.

Man-oh-man, I'm STILL waiting for this vendor to fix my order. First shipment was the wrong stuff. I had to ship them back to Hong Kong (after several e-mails and finally a phone call to HK). When the second shipment finally arrived it had a cracked mounting frame. It's a killer price on the LCDs and without knowing a lot about them, they seem to be decent quality (as far as the picture goes) but man, it's taken long enough.

Anyway, if anyone else out there deals with this eBay vendor, just be careful. They're slow to respond and based on my experience, you have to keep buggin them if you have something go wrong. Oh, it's Yuki668 BTW.

What's your experience w/ the IR headphones AldoRx? Do you get a little static in yours too? Is it at all noticeable when the car's moving?
