From what I read the site is saying that if your dome light dims, which ours does in our XB's it puts more wear and tear on the LEDs so we will be replacing them more often then others.

I've had two from them. The first one, one of the wires melted the first time I turned it on and filled the car with the lovely aroma of burnt electrical. The replacement (they quickly sent a replacement, so kudos to them on that) quit working in a couple of months. I then bought 3 smaller ones from a seller on ebay and wired them together as one long and thin panel and they've worked great for over a year now.

Smile blue light special

http://www.oznium.com/flexible-5mm-led-dome

the small one = Small: 4 cm x 4 cm (1.57 inches)

I bought the small from Oznium.com and i haven't had any problems with it so far in the 8 months it's been installed. Still dims just like the old factory bulb.

If you got a 04 - 06 xB the small one should fit.

There's a bit of extra wiring length when i installed it so what i did was unscrew the dome light and pulled the excess wiring through the back of the dome housing so the wires are up in the headliner and not crammed into the dome housing. Fits much better and the plastic dome cover stay on tighter now.

I also installed some of Oznium's LED strips under the dash and seats to add some more lighting. All tied into the dome light so they all go on when to dome light is on.

Here's a look at my "dome light" set up.

Hope it helps.

LOL yeah, i wasn't expecting them to be that BLUE!

I might be buying a "cool white" dome to replace the blue dome. It's a white light with a slight blue tint to it. but the under the dash and seats with probably stay blue.

here's what it looks like in the xb
