PS2 or XBOX in the xB?
Looking to put in a game system in my xB. I love PS2, but I love the mods to the XBOX. I'm stuck here. I'm really in favor of the XBOX due the xBox. But others say PS2 would be best. What do you guys think. If I decide I'm going to have it painted the same color as my xB. Give me some feedback. ThanX in advance

I think I want gamecube....its really small & it's contour matches with the body of the car...and I'd get it in black to match with the interior.

have any of you guys ever heard of those modded xbox's that play ps2 and games as well? i was thinking about getting something like that for my scion but i've never actually seen one before
|
I've never heard of that before, but I did modify my PS2 to play imported PS1 games. I also recall there was a company who actually had PS2 games play on Dreamcast, but the company feared Sony would sue their pants off (lieterally)so they never released it.

I have a modded xbox with a 120gb drive. If they do have a PS2 Emu, please let me know.

X-Box all the way. With a mod-chip you can boot it into a specially compiled version of Linux. With a larger HD you can quite literally dump a large collection of DiVX movies into it. Then you don't really need a DVD changer. I worked over a friend's xbox and now it has every episode of family guy, 2000 mp3s, and about 30 movies. With a little more time & money (mostly money) you can plug it into a wireless access point (modded with a pringles can antenna) and transfer files from your driveway (or anybody else's with a wireless network for that matter).

I voted PS 2 since it's cheaper for me to implement plus my 5 year old son's games are mostly in PS 2 or PS 1. |

PS2 because at the meet yesterday, I saw 2 xB's with the same setup-SPFR fiberglass sub enclosures with an xbox attached over the spare, the cars were right next to eachother. I think they were from San Diego. After seeing that, we need more playstationers. It looked nice, but it freaked me out.

--- I think I might use them ALL. The box, PS2 and for $99 bucks I'll even use the Cube. That way I cover all. lol |
i would get the xbox because i have heard that people have had problems with the ps2 lens easily freezes when you hit a bumb or something in the road.

I was actually thinking of putting in a Super NES, the small one. Since I have a 7 year old son and like 80 SNES games. I thought the PS2 or Xbox might have problems with skipping while driving so that why I was thinking of going with the cartridge based system. Is disk skipping a problem?

get the psx it has a tv tuner and a dvd recorder
