Scion radio question

Scion radio question
I've got a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. It just has the basic AM/FM/CD/Cass radio, no JBL sound system or navigation. I was wondering if a single disc or 6 disc changer factory radio from a Scion will work in my 4Runner. Will the plugs be the same as the 4Runner?
I'm looking to do this because I want XM radio in my 4Runner without having to use an aftermarket system. If the swap can be done, what else would I need (i.e. receiver, antenna, etc.)
Does anyone have any pictures of the back of a Scion radio?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I'm sorry for not searching. My fault.
Anyway, it looks like it might work. What is the picture that has the port labled "IP Bus?" for? I'm stereo retarded!
If anyone else has any more info, please let me know.
Thanks for the post so far!

Here's a couple of pictures of what I'm talking about. I can't get the pictures of the Scion's radio to copy, but they're the ones from the link. Plus, I'm sure most of you know what the back of your stereo looks like.

i put the scion headunit(oem one) into my crv..
just fbought a "reverse toyota plug" which is like the plugs
that fits into the back of the headunit. it gives u labeled wires like
power, ground, remote, speaker this and that.. it worked 100% FINE!
even down to the dimmer and parking light!
except my honda has a reverse polarity in voltage so
the dimmer + and - had to be backwards hooking up to my car to work correctly..
now its currently in my friends 91 integra. and its fine
