Default Wiring an undercar light kit

Is there a walkthrough for installing your own under lighting? I have seen the interior CC and LED mod threads, but I am not able to locate one for under car lights.

Thanks in advance!

it's not very difficult. i've installed 3 kits. the hardest part would be running the control unit's wires through the firewall which can be done right under the driver side dash... you should see a grommet 2 inches in diameter where the main wiring harness passes through, run your wires through that. then pull your wires from the LED tubes up through the engine bay and connect them to the LED brain. the only tools you should need will be wire cutters, and a phillips screwdriver. make sure you don't run your wires over anything that moves... you will need TONS of zip ties, so buy those in advance. zip tie all of the loose wiring so they don't catch on anything. mount your LED tubes under the side skirts, screw them into the plastic. mount your front tube to the black plastic splash guard... it has a perfect indention to let a LED tube lay there. mount your rear tube on top of the plastic arms that connect the rear bumper to the frame. HOPE THIS HELPS! -dustin

the way i did mine was very easy. Near every tube, except the front tube, there is unused grommets on the floor that u can run the wires right into the vehicle. This way there is minimal wiring under the car.. The front tube is the hardest to get the wiring inside the car, u have to run that one thru the firewall most likely.

Gaps - So I should be screwing the sides directly into the side skirts? Are they thick enough to do that to?
