CEL C1223 - ABS Malfunction?
All of a sudden I got two CEL's...
C1223 - Malfunction in Anti Lock Brake System Control System
C1241 - Low Battery Positive Voltage or Abnormally High Battery Positive Voltage
Just got this car and have 10 days to get an inspection, and it won't pass. A damn shame because the guy assured me she "needs nothing". So does anyone here have experience with this or suggestions?

Before you do anything, I'd see if "guy" will cover the cost of repair, particularly since he gave your car a clean bill of health.

Battery/Alternator/Starter checked out fine. Not really sure how to proceed on this one as no warning lights are on now. A glitch perhaps? I notice the "Maintenance Reqd" light has come on once or twice but oil looks good and I thought that's all that light was for...

Yeah, the "maintenance req'd" light is just a reminder to change oil and or rotate tires, etc. Your owners manual has instructions on setting the desired interval.
You may be right about a glitch. Probably wouldn't hurt to eyeball the left rear speed sensor and cable connector.
