Koni shocks or coilovers?

Im looking at changing up my suspension a bit, I already have the Eibach pro kit springs, but I want to go lower and space my wheels.
I was looking at two options,
first is the raceland coilovers,
and the second is Kony yellow shocks and struts.
I know that the Kony shocks and struts are height adjustable up to 35 mm, but I s that just the struts? or is it the rear shocks too? Im having trouble understanding how you could lower a shock.

My thought process was, that I could spend 400 for lower end coilovers, or about 500 or so for top of the line shocks and struts.
in both cases, i want to lower my car about an inch, maybe a bit more, so i could do that on both.

My car has almost 60k on it, and I know that you are supposed to change shocks and struts around 60-70k anyways, so Im wondering what I should go with.
does anyone have any thoughts on this?

the front struts off of an echo will get you about a half inch IN THE FRONT ONLY and changing to the koni will more than likely not get you any lower. IMHO get the racelands so you can get that extra inch. if you plan to track the car i would say keep the eibach and go with the koni but just to look baller i would space your wheels and go with racelands. just my $.02

yeah thats what I was thinking. Im honestly not going to be racing, I just want to improve my stance.
Thanks for your $.02 haha

lol no prob! im planning on spacing my wheels and getting racelands till funds allow for air. and by funds i mean my wife gives me the O.K. to spend the cash! they dont go all the way but they can get pretty low and for $400 you cant beat it!
