You mean K-Sport? If you do, they go a lot lower than the Tein stuff.

I have never heard of kw either but I have K-Sports on my box and Love them. The ride is great and you can adjust the dampening to your liking. Well worth the money in my opinion.

From my understanding KW is more tailored to the European market. I know a lot of the evo guys are running a variation of the KW system. I have heard nothing but, good things about them.

Go with the variant 2!

i really like them because they come with the stainless steel body and all the people in europe go crazy for them ( i used to be in the military and live in germanY ) and they all live by kw and actually kw makes alot of kits for jap and american cars....

KW coliovers are by the better choice. TEIN is garbage, correction Tein USA is garbage, especially the Superstreets/Basics. Get the KW's. They're designed for handling or comfort depending on which one you get. The Variant 2's which are the only one for the xA/xB is a good all around coilover, streetable AND track ready. The Tein's are just designed to drop the car.

No problem. If you have any other suspension/handling/"track set up" questions, feel free to ask.

Well, for the $$ KW all the way! I had them on a turbo Civic back in the day and the quality of the units are unreal. All inox SS bodys, perch locked collar, but the spring rates where a bit aggressive for the crappy Buffalo, NY streets IMO. The car handled like a Porsche on them for sure.

I know we sold a few xB sets to some people, and heard some good reviews about them.

Im under the impression that you think that KW and K-Sport are the same company. If so you're horribly mistaken. TEIN coilovers and K-Sport coilovers both suck compared to any KW coilovers.

I concur for the most part. KW is pure 100% German engineering with super high standards (higher than the US DOT) and the construction of the materials is second to none. Inox Stainless Steel bodies, no other manufacturer offers this!

well your mistaken, who the heck doesnt know the difference? Its common sense that KW is different from K-sport. For example where does the W play in K-sport? Either way K-sport sucks and I have no idea why you would think KW coilovers are that much better then Teins. Tein has over 20 years of experience in the tuning industry. There products IMO are top notch and from the cars I have sat in they are incredible. Oh and Teins are not just ment for a drop, if that was so then they wouldnt win any of the 5+ rally championships they have achieved. The only Teins that were really just meant for a drop are the S-techs that you ride on. So im guessing thats where you got your impression on Teins.

He didn't say that. Besides, why you would bump a thread that's a couple months old, just to give someone a hard time is beyond me.
