Default Tein Basics installed...now a weird noise ???

I installed a set of tein basic coilovers and now theres a strange noise coming from the front right suspention when i make left turn at full lock. It sounds sorta like a knocking. I took it apart tonight and reinstalled it, made sure all the bolts were tight and the brake lines were rubbing and the tires weren't rubbing. Still the sound is there....anyone know whats up?
