I have two solutions. The cheap way is to remove the fuse, or another component. Myself I disable the Yaw Rate sensor under the center console next to the shifter, that disables the ABS, Trac, and VSC, Just be careful you wil not have anything to save your @$$ if you make a mistake. The other solution is to get some really sticky tires like Falken Azenis RT-615, Toyo RA-1, or any other sticky tire.

why not just cut the wires in the fuse block for it and wire in a switch, so for the most part it will be on but when you want to disable it just flip the switch, then you can have the best of both worlds, thats what i plan on doing with mine

Default Slip control light came on after new tires today

Hello SL forum! I haven't been here in so long

This afternoon on the way back from another town I had a tire blow out on me, had them replaced and on the way home I took an on ramp pretty quickly and the Slip light barked.

I felt the car brake and try to stop what it thought was a skid. Is there a reset I don't know about when new tires are put on? I looked around and didn't see anything obvious in the forums so I thought I would ask.
