Default Interchangeability

1st Gen xB - I'm looking to purchase stock steel wheels. they seem to be scarce where I live. What else fits? Has anyone seen a wheel interchangeability chart or similar for these vehicles. My garage guy changed a set of Subaru wheels onto his FRS - something similar would be nice for the Scion. Stock sizes are 185/60R15 on a 4 x 100 rim - translates to a 6 inch wheel and 39 mm offset. What else fits? tx

Default Wheels?

1st Gen xB - what wheels fit this box? Looking for steelies in stock size - 185/60R15 4x100. They seem hard to find. Any one done a comparison chart for what is out there that fits?

Like a Cavalier? or a VW? Anything? My local wreckers can't come up with anything...

I don't know of any specific models of car that use the same wheel size but looking for a 6JJx15 using a 4x100 bolt pattern and a +35mm offset would be the place to start.

Here's a site that lists cars that use the same 4x100 lug pattern...narrow it down to 15x6 wheels with a 54.1 center bore (larger shouldn't cause any issues) and you might find what you are looking for:

4x100 Lug Pattern Cars

My questions is why go through all of the trouble finding wheels in a junkyard when you can get brand new wheels for $38/each? No issues having old tires removed, dealing with old and possibly rusted steel wheels, etc.

I have four steel wheels from a Honda Civic with my snow tires on them that I use on my 2006 xB. Same size and specs. BTW, factory wheels have a much more durable finish on them than aftermarket wheels.

Try a salvage yard like LKQ salvage yards, you can check on their website if an xB is available in their yard.
