just put on my rims today. 18x7.5 with 215/35/18's and a +45 in the front and a 20mm spacer in the rear to give me a +25. no rubbing in the rear. in the front I do not notice any rubbing but I haven't lowered my xB yet. I have 10mm spacers to put in the front if I run into a rubbing issue.
I lost so much sleep worring about rubbing issues. i am so happy that they are finally on. :D :D :D

I recently picked up some Sport Max 18x7.5 Hyper Silver wheels @ a good price, the offset is +42, according to the list I read, it was posted that the front wheels would rub @ full lock, my xA is not lowered, and I don't really plan to lower it, I would like to run 215/35 18 tires on these rims, would anybody have any suggestions, could I run spacers on the front to take care of the rubbing issue?? Most of the postings seem to be for xB's. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks
I'm thinking to buy some 19x8 n 19x8.5 for my xA
Do u guys know if i can do this???

Work Seeker cX
Front 18x8 25mm wrapped with Nitto Neo Gen 205/40/ZR18
Rear 18x8.5 20mm wrapped with Nitto Neo Gen 215/40/ZR18
Lowered on HKS coilovers and have rear wheel well lips rolled
After initial road test found that higher speeds and long turns tire would rub both front and rear. I had to roll the rear lips some more and heat and stretch the the fender wheel well openings out abot a 1/4" - 1/2".

I Just bought some Racing Hart 18x7.5 rims with a et42 and some goldline springs with van's rear shims..
What are my tire options for good fitment a 215/35/18 i know will fit but i'd like somthing bigger.
.
and will my goldlines be too low?
as well as should i get some 5mm spacers for the front from van(onetongarage)?
thanks for any and all info.

what is offset? im looking to sell my stock tc wheels, and wanted to know if they will fit an xb. the offset is +35, so with the xb's offset of +38, does that mean the tc stock wheels are too small or slim (or viseversa) to fit in the xb well? your help would be appreciated.
3mm is no problem.
There are no fixed offsets OEM it is 35mm on a 7 inch rim but to center a 8 inch rim it would be a 47 mm offset.
I have OZ Supperleggera rims 17x8 with 45 mm offset, 225x45 tire, stock suspension no problems rim and tire are 2 lbs lighter then stock rim. OZ is about the stongest and lightest rim you can buy for sane amounts of cash.
On the stock rims I have Yoko AVS ES100 225-45 very good setup
Auto-X I have Kumho 700 race tires, very good setup
