Can you powder coat wheels with rivets w/out coating them?

If I have a silver wheel w/ "rivets" around the edge (similar to the seven mod), is it possible (and reasonably priced) to get the wheel without having to coat the rivet portion also?

Does anyone have pictures of this?

I am pretty sure you can take the rivets out. And if not, there are plugs and high temperature tape that can mask off the rivets if carefully applied.
