Mini Cooper Wheels for xA?
hey everybody.
I am looking at a set of rims on Craigslist with snow tires off a 2006 Mini Cooper. I need new snow tires anyway so the rims and tires are a good deal for me. The bolt pattern and tire size is correct. The guy who owns em is about 100 miles away and doesn't know what a hub centric is. the hub size on a Mini Cooper is 2mm smaller than on my 2006 xA. So do you guys think I can run these even if i can't just switch out hub centrics. Thanks Sean ____ |
if the hub bore on the wheels is smaller than your car - wheels wont fit without spacers.

been done before and it looks good

Hub size is a little smaller meaning the hub bore size is bigger on the Scion so no spacers. I am hopping the wheels have a hub centric I can switch, but you guys think they will run right? Will the 2mm of extra space really make a difference?
Of course if they turn out to be hub centric I am going to buy the right disc. I don't think these are stock wheels but the guy has been slow to answer questions and I got to drive a 100 miles each way to see em. here's the link but I cant read the manufacturer off the pics. http://westslope.craigslist.org/pts/3638475238.html ____ |
