Anyone know places / sites that repair rims... or is it too expensive to repair a rim that's been curbed a little...??

There was a post on this a while back, someone found a link
where they showed step by step how to repair a Porsche rim.

It's possible, but really only affordable if YOU do it.

Assuming it's not chrome or has some special finish.
Because basically you just sand down the damaged parts,
use some filler of some sort if needed, then paint/finish the wheel.

The following facilities were recommended to us by customers. We have not researched the quality or speed of their work, nor do we know the limits of their capabilities or the level of experience they have. We can not accept any responsibility for problems or delays a customer may experience with this independent repair facilities. So we offer this list as a starting point for our customers to do their own research on selecting a facility.

In addition, we do not recommend repairing wheels unless they can be tested to meet the original load capacity design of the wheel. This will be very difficult to do and could exceed the cost of the wheel.
