Will the Scion logo in the middle of the rim be included? If not, what is that part called (part # if possible), how much does it cost and where could I possibly get it. I am waiting for the seller to get back to me but thought I'd ask here anyways while I wait. Thanks!

They're called center wheel caps. I don't think it does, but i could be wrong. If they don't come with the caps you can always fine a fairly cheap set on ebay.

if the wheel is brand new in box, it comes with the center cap, new lug nuts, and valve stem.

ps: search ebay for those wheels, you should be able to get them cheap. I got my set for free when toyota was clearing out all of the accessories for the first gen xB, and the xA.
