Ask Jon at 1TDA.com. He might be able to recommend something for you.

Default fogs

The only ones I could find were the blue ones. Has anyone tried these? I thought it might look more like silverstars.

plug and play as in hooked them up to the wires under the fog light caps, installed rocker switch to factory wires in the dash and the for lights come on w/ low beams and go off w/ high beams? not trying to be a pain....just trying to get a clear understanding.

i just picked up a set called AUX DRIVING LIGHTS from Autozone, for 20 bucks..this looks great. need to get them installed, as i am not the savvy one.

Question tho...
is the wire port thru the firewall the one up high on the drivers side? im guessing it is as the cables coming thru it are from the ecu. that looks pretty sealed up, did you have to do some work to get the cable thru there? as in cutting thru?

did you mount the lights on the upside of the bumper? or down side of it?

After looking at the AUX DRIVING LIGHTS I just got...they are too big on the back side..make sure to stick to the BLAZER brand. the stock number for the lights is : CW1073 KB.

Those are the ones i bought and fit alittle better, and deeper in the grille. Gonna go tomorrow to the Scion Dealership and get the switch, Home Depot didnt have the GB switch.

There is a guy selling switches in the sponsored sales section which is where I got mine. He has them with the fog light emblem on them.

That is the correct firewall port, it is very tight and I had to cut through it a little. It comes out a little behind and above the fuse box on the inside, easily within arm's reach. And I mounted mine on the bottom part of the bumper, it seemed easier to be able to reach and attach the lug nut that way.

Do you need to remove any part of the dash to access the wiring coming in from the engine compartment? Or to run the wire to the switch? It sounds easy, but I haven't done any electrical stuff with my box yet so I want to make sure I do it right. Thanks.

Although I believe it is possible not to, you will probably have to remove the center dash piece so that you can wire the switch and see where to route the wires. But besides the center piece, nothing else should need to be removed.

I have the wires running to the center part of my dash where the switch blanks are at the bottom and I didnt have to remove anything off the dash to do it.
