OK how many times have you wondered why Scion put gray molding on our toasters?

Look down and see this...........

One word...........ugly.

I'm not responsible if you don't know what your doing. Tools needed, phillips head screwdriver, flat head screw driver, jack, blanket or towel and utility knife. Now with that said.....

Roll on down to your Scion parts counter and pick up these for a 20 spot.

Pop side covers off to get to the phillips screw underneath............

Remove the black fasteners from underneath

Slowly and gently work the side skirt off the body

Grab on the bottom side and pull gently and the clips will release from the body. Yah I know I'm pretty tatted up.

Remove the gray stripping

Install the black stripping

Reassemble the same way you took it off and viola!

I'll get sum more pix tomorrow.

The pix do it no justice. I can't explain how much of an improvement it is.

Part numbers are on the bags for ya.

No problem. Yeah I was kinda worried about the lower fasteners but they just pop right on out, not like the ones that hold the deal mo bopper to get to the rear wiper. Pull on them skirts and they just pop on off. I think I lost about 5 pounds of sand off mine. My car fax said it was a California car before I got it and all that sand proved it.

Hotchkis yellow strut bar and Echo KYB's will be in next week. So I'll be posting up the end all of Echo shock questions.
