AC Upgrade kit? 04 xb

According to this link there is a kit to upgrade the AC? Anyone got any details/pricing?

Factory upgrade included new bigger condenser and different lines to connect it IIRC. There was a TSB on it.
http://scionlife.org/Scion_Docs/Scion_TSBs/ac00604r.pdf It basically brings the earlier models up to 06 specs.

Guess it's too late now to do it under the oem warranty? Or do they cover it after the warranty as well?
