Default Another sad story ***56k sorry***

Well today was my day off and a friend of mine wanted to just hang out and play some video games. I went over to his place with some nice cold New Castle and Guiness. Before we started to drink and play some playstation we decided to go and pick up some games from blockbuster. On our way back from blockbuster waiting at a red light, I noticed the car behind me wasn't stopping and next thing I knew he hit my xB . I get out of my car looked at the damange and asked the guy if he was alright. He answered to me sorry my breaks are not working right. He was still in the car and I asked for his information, next thing I knew he takes off and his car brushed my leg enough to swing me around. I took off after him and got his license plate # and then called the cops.

Well here's the pictures of the damage. It's not that bad of a hit, it just popped the rear driver side bumper out and put a nice little crease into it.

Rear bumper popped out

the bumper has a crease in it

you can see the green paint on this one

It's been two days and no word from the cops. The insurance want to send out an adjuster and I seriously do not want to pay for my deductible.

Oh I was thinking of getting the bumper with the license plate box in it, any ideas where I can find it?
