I recently removed the center dash piece and when i put it back in the air lever moves a lot more freely than it used to? any ideas how to get it back to normal?

 

make sure its still connected to the linkage on the back.

 

I don't think it matters if it moves more freely or not. If you look at the dash diagrams, you'll see the lever just trips a switch. So it's either outside or recirculate. If you can still get both settings and it stays put, then it's OK.

 

well in that case there is no linkage. no worries then there... as long as it works :-)

yeah, same thing happened with me. I pulled apart my center dash piece and now the lever moves a lot more freely. Seems to be working just fine, though....
