Every time I turn on the a/c seeds and gunk fly out of my vents. I'm pretty sure a kangaroo mouse has taken up residence somewhere in the system. I live in the sticks -- hundreds of miles from a scion dealership. I followed the instructions on one of the posts and took out the cabin filter. There were a couple seed particles, but not many.

I couldn't open the a/c compartment -- is it possible the varmint is holed up in there? Any other possibilities?

Oh, it's a 2006 XB.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

try a leaf blower to blow it out...

not sure if i would listen to my self on that idea...
