fuel system prob

I get a rough idle off and on also when I floor it it will accelerate to a certain point and then slough off any ideas I have over 200,000 miles on my vehicle thank you any information will help I have not change the fuel pump for the fuel filter

Clean the MAF sensor. Once they get dirty it runs bad.
