Default Hello Guys! New Member here. Saying Hi!

Hello,

I've recently rejoined the forums and am glad to be back. I've had my xB since february '04. I believe it is #631?
Only options were the Carbon Fiber interior trim and the upgraded 6 disc player. I installed the TRD short shifter. It is not heavily modded just headlights and grill but I assure you, when new stuff comes you'll see it.
I love it and drive it all the time. The interior is a little dusty, I use it to go to and from work. I used to park it under a tree that produced heavy pollen and the vents would suck it right up but since I've moved my interior is not a shade of green anymore. Either way I love it.

Here is a pic, let me know what you guys think

get or make one of the cabin air filters, it collects most of the dust in your car. i got my cabin air filter at the dealers and it cost me $23, but you can make one for alot less than that...

nice TCM............. I have only had my TMC for 4 days and I also love mine. I haven't started the mods yet but hope to soon, depending on how well the cash flow is.

Default ...Dust No More...

Go to the TECH section and read about the AIR CABIN FILTER Fabrication.
Scion sold you a car with NO filter in the CABIN AIR FILTER TRAY that is behind your glove box. Dealers charge about $22, AutoZone or Advanced will charge about $12.
Or make on yourself after reading how to do-it-yourself in the thread called Air Cabin Filter Fab. This will reduce your dash board dust.
The tricky part is poping out the glove box, you have to pull it and it feels like you are breaking it. See photo's and read how to instructions.

Welcome. That's one narrow street. Do you fold your driver side mirror?

Thanks for the welcome guys!
Yes my street is way narrow. I only had the mirror out for the pictures. I used to have an SC300, that thing got smacked several times. Trucks killed my moms car and my brothers mirrors are getting ripped off constantly. It seems SUV's and delivery trucks absolutely must use my street. Oh and to make things worse the guy down the block has an H2.

Anyway...I always have questions, I have a post up now about my headlights. I'll see you around.

-Brian!
