Default Issue with Drivers Side door lock not working

Question for you all, on my 04 xb the drivers side door takes 3-4 'clicks' on the remote, or the door to unlock it or lock it, it's like it's stuck.

To be clear, when I press the unlock button on the keyless remote all other door tabs lock and unlock fine, just not that one. Since all the others work I don't believe 'replacing the remote battery' applies. The same thing occurs when I hit the lock/unlock button on the door armrest itself - I can manually lock or unlock it with no problem, so it seems like something electric to me...

Any ideas? Also, any ideas what this might cost if your idea is correct?

Thanks

Jeff

try taking your door apart and cleaning the lock and some lube on the rail that unlocks it will help as well my pass door started doing that and thats all it took

How much did that cost, and how long did it take to get fixed?

Thanks

Well, it took about a week to get the parts in then it was about an hour long job. Final price was $195 for parts and labor.

I barely drive my xB and I have the same problem on my pass. side.

Makes me wonder how long the new actuater will work if I get it done.

Thanks for the information.

Well my xB is a 2004 so 5 years isn't too bad, but who know what could've caused it . Maybe it was just an oddball mishap or it could've been just a flaw in the design, but oh well. We'll see how long this one lasts.
