Default Longer current wait?

I ordered my BSP auto, all stock/no options on Sept 13 from Bob Howard Scion in Edmond, OK. So, is anyone currently waiting longer than me. Still no sign of when it will come in. Going nuts.........!

almost 5 weeks.

I put a $500 deposit down and drove off the lot 34 days later.

It is SOOOOOOOOO worth the wait though. I got mine w/ 2 miles on the odo.

I keep hearing rumors(?) of the box getting discontinued soon. That would mean an even higher demand and longer waiting period.

It makes no sense to me to discontinue a model that excedded the companies expectations sales-wise.

I ordered mine on 10/15, and just received a call today with my VIN number, etc, and an ETA of 11/9 - 11/14. Looks like I'll be just around a month waiting time. I ordered a TCM 5sp

After seeing so many posts on people waiting for their scions it amazes me.. I did research online.. found the xB I wanted (BCP 05) walked into the dealer and bought it off the showroom floor.. Did you guys try shopping at other dealers? total time spent shopping for my 2005 xB was the research I did the night before and off to the dealer the next day.

Saw mine sitting at the dealer , took it for a test drive and was sold on the spot. Other dealers in area said "give me a deposit and we will order one for you".
Look around and it is possible to find them in stock but not very often.
With the demand like it is I am considering ordering another and selling this one to make a few extra bucks. Supply vs demand .....right?

I checked several dealers within 50-100 miles and couldn't find a base 5 speed TCM that didn't have a bunch of dealer installed crap that I didn't want -- like $2500 for a set of $1000 wheels. I went to the dealer closest to my house, worked with a sales rep that was recommended to me by a friend, and so far the experience has been really good. It always sucks having to wait, but I'm sure it will be well worth it My dealer calls me 1-2 times a week to update me with information about where my xB is...

Still waiting for a call, getting antsy and probably going to cancel my order from the salesman, seems like he is just sitting back and doing nothing

Default Be patient

I know how you felt. The orginal car I ordered never came in for nearly three months. I wen with another dealer and got it in a week and a half. I would either cut bait and bail and talk to another dealer, or wait. Its so worth the wait. Hope you get that good news soon.

I ordered mine on November 11th and I'm still waiting... These have been the longest 6 days of my life...

But, seriously, when I get my white xB in, I'm going to try to flip it... I saw a 2005 model with 12k miles being sold for something in the 18s and it barely had any options on it - just like the one i ordered... I'm going to put it on ebay for 19k... wish me luck!

2006 PW xB 5-spd w/ cc from Red McCombs Scion.

I ordered mine around the 2nd to last weekend in September...mine will SUPPOSEDLY be here around the Thanksgiving weekend.

We shall see, I need to put these horded xB parts somewhere (they are crowding me out of my computer area and utility closet space).

There is a BSP 5-spd xB on the lot at Charles Maund Toyota in Austin (and a couple camo's), if you don't wanna wait for your PW....
Personally, I'm using my 4-6 week wait to save up for a bigger down payment!

I ordered a BOP xB from Arlington Scion outside Chicago last Saturday, was told 4-6 weeks, and they called two days ago to tell me it will be here next week. Maybe the slower turn-arounds on some orders are color availability issues?

Cool, but I've already waited this long, 2 more weeks won't hurt.

Plus, I love white cars (esp in TX; you know what I mean).

The salesman can't drive to Japan and get it for you. Just be patient. It took this okie about 8 weeks to get his xB. I've had it since Halloween.

Even in Socal with 20 Toyota dealersin a 100 mile radius, I never saw more than 2 or 3 xB's on a lot at any given time. Lucky for me the third one I tried had exactly what I wanted.
