I would have been out of the car in three seconds with a comment like "GEE, IT'S A GOOD THING YOU WEREN'T DRIVING A MINIVAN LIKE LOGIC WOULD DICTATE, OR ELSE YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO STOP IN TIME."
What did the other driver say? PLEASE, tell me it was something snotty, I've been looking for an excuse to beat someone with a shovel.....

All the lady said was "I had a green arrow". My brother and I were like theres no way she had one when I had a full out green light. This is how that light works when you're coming from her way, You will have the typical 2 green lights for the straight and right turn lanes and light/arrow combo for turn across traffic. All of them will be lit and then after traffic clears it will go red and THEN does the arrow pop up. I think she just tried to zip through at the tail end of the normal YIELD when turning light.

Doesn't look too bad, could have definately been worse! Just find a good shop to do the work, or take the $$ and fix it yourself, you can save alot and put the leftover in other mods. Good luck.

go get a quote from a few shops. take the highest quote to the lady's insurance company and cha-ching. buy the parts for much cheaper and fix it yourself. you will end up WAY ahead on this bad deal...which you have every right to. best of luck.

I know how you feel man, I had my tC less than 3 months and some guy in an Accord blew through a stop sign and hit me square in the driver's side. A small piece of me died on the inside and on that day, I vowed never to own a Honda!
