Reviving an old thread - my 2006 threw a P0335 code yesterday - I run with a ScangaugeII so I scanned for codes and recorded it and cleared it restarted ok and is running ok since. It always had some random problem starting when warm / recently stopped where it will either fire right up or need to crank several compression strokes to get going. Usually it takes three to fire up cold and sometimes only 2. Will keep an eye on this problem and pull that right front wheel off for a look at the sensor this weekend. 5 speed with 33,320 miles when it threw the cell.

DUH it's a 2006 but ya know it may be because it is an emission thing plus I got the extended service contract that I really don't want to use since I will get the $1000 back if I don't. I would just replace the part myself if I need to but so far it is working just fine.

easy dude. if its under warranty, DON'T TOUCH IT. take it back to the dealer and have them fix it. and before you snap back with the smart comment, most cars come with a 3/36 warranty on it from point of sale. and since it is an 06, if you do the math it may not be covered.

Not snapping just thought you would know that I got it in 2005 since it is a 2006 making it 4.5 years old - yeah I don't drive it much so the mileage is low - pay more for insurance than I do for gas . . . problem with dealers is they didn't do such a good job of putting the rear tire back on after having it repaired in their body shop when I got hit last year so my confidence is a bit low. When I say putting the tire back on I mean it took a breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts. Next chance I get I will take off the right front and have a look at it - could be some metal dust coating the sender magnets or who knows. It will give me a chance to check the front brake pads at the same time too. Does anyone ever check the chassis bolts?? Book says to check the tightness every 5000 miles.
