Hookupman, there is no reason to yell or scream in this forum. Take your capslock off! Thanks.

I have the Hotchkis front and rear sway bars as well as the yellow strut tower brace.
Next I'm thinking about the GT Spec chassis brace (see link). The rear sway bar can
be installed on the ground, but the front will require a lift and a good mechanic.

If your going to do the sway bars and have it up on a lift, I would do the springs
at the same time. As to the rear strut bar, the jury is still out. The back of your
car is a closed box with very little flex. The strut bars job is to limit the flex
that doesn't exist and that is a waste of money. I'd recomend a lower chassis brace
and not the rear strut bar. Anybody else have imput as to the usefulness of a rear
strut tower brace?

That is a good price. As all front strut bares perform the same it is a mater of personel
style that should decide for you. IMO I bought the limited edition yellow car and I
want the limited edition yellow parts that go with it. I also got the CAI in yellow. It's
not the best out there but it's yellow. None of the standard xB's have color matched
parts. That's the fun thing about the 2.0. I haven't done the springs yet as I don't
know if I want to lower mine. That Hotchkis kit looks to be a good price though. I paid
about $235 deliverd for just the sway bars at

That should cover every thing except wheels and tires. I have TSW Rocket 4 rims
and Toyo Proxes 4 tires 215/40/17. They give me a very smooth ride without
the harshnesss that 18" rims have. I absolutly love the Toyo's. They have great
grip on either dry or wet roads.

Hey guys- interesting information

one thing: see how this page with its loooong urls is formatted poorly?

Go to tinyurl.com to make SHORT urls out of impossibly long urls.

for instance, the link above of 190 characters gets shrunk to this:

http://tinyurl.com/758um

to tinyurl.com! free and quick and easy to use!

I'd say go with the new Hotchkis "Turn off the CAPS lock kit". It will tighten up your chasis quite nicely and it will also win the respect and admiration of your peers. Installation is easy... just hit that button on the left side of your keyboard north of 'shift' and south of 'tab'. So simple.

Sorry, I couldn't help it.
