New pics of my bagged BCP...NEW PICS 56K Warning

Well i washed the box today and decided since its been a month and a half since i bagged it and shaved the sidemarker lights and have no pics yet so i figured i'd click a few and post em up.

The front end actually lays lower than how its sitting, but being as how its actually sitting half on a hill the pinch welds on the sides of the car are hitting the ground and not letting the front go as far as it wants to.

Comments??? :nails:

Sweet! One of my favourite xB colours.
It's funny how bagged cars that sit that low with large dia. wheels make the fenders look like they're flared.

NICE!! How involved was it to shave the side marker lights?

I was thinking the exact same thing.

I was actually telling a buddy yesterday I wanted to do this but wasn't sure how to do it so yeah if you could let me know how you did this I would really appreciate it.

The side markers were not all that difficult to shave its just a matter of cutting a piece of metal the same size as the opening and welding it in. The hard part however was that Scion chose to use very thin metal on the fenders so i had to turn the power way down on the welder so i didn't burn holes right through it. :nails:

I gotta say the bags are by far the best investment i ever made into this car.

you should cut the grass instead of messing with your car!

nice man, i'd have to say that bagging mine was the best thing i've done to my car too.

BATComm1 05-21-2007 10:16 PM

What kit did you use to bag it ??? and was it difficult to install ??

raceronabudget 05-21-2007 11:54 PM

need a better pic so we can tell how low you actually are. looks way clean without the sidemarkers. what setup are you running?

BUniqueXB 05-22-2007 01:39 AM

i'll take some more pics tomarow of it in the driveway and post em up. I used the front and rear air lift kit and the rest of it was just a basic front back system that i pieced together.

Thanks for the comments

raceronabudget 05-22-2007 03:32 AM

your running just front and back setup?

Spider13 05-22-2007 04:41 AM

Yes its just a front back setup I used two 3 way valves and 3/8 airline to the valves and 1/4 from the valves to the bags. I've heard everyone say that i'll have crazy body roll with just the front back, but it handles pretty much the same as when i had the DF210's on it.

That sticker was on the tank when i bought it, should i take it off or leave it on????

Thanks for all the great comments. Keep em coming

Oh I forgot to say that it's daily driven, and its gone through 3 chicago winters already and i don't plan to park it for the 4th  :lalala:
