NO START-NO CRANK
06 xB About a week ago I went to the store but when I came out it wouldn't start. After sitting for about 20 mins it started up. Over the next 2 days it seemed to start when it wanted to. Now it won't start at all and has no crank. I first replace the starter relay. That helped because it started but then went back to not starting. I also changed all the other fuses for the starter, the 15 and 30. I used a charge box then jump start and then a new battery. Still nothing. I tried a new ignition switch, nope. The battery, alternator and started has all been removed and tested at O'Reilly's, all good. Checked the ground wire from the battery and it is connected to the frame and block. Checked all the connection's to the starter, alternator and battery, all good. Cleaned the posts and connectors on the battery. Still no crank. Something tells me it's something simple but I don't know what it is.
Do you hear a >CLICK< from under car when you turn ignition to start?
By “checked”, do you mean you measured for power at each of those junctions? And you got +13v from battery into ignition switch and +13v out of ignition switch all way to starter-solenoid?
IF you measured +13v leaving ignition switch, but 0v arriving at starter-solenoid, it may be as simple as broken wire in between.
IF you got +13v at starter-solenoid activation terminal and it doesn’t spin starter, obviously starter-solenoid is bad. This is most common 99.99% of no-start problems. Starter motor itself is always OK, but solenoid plunger gets stuck over time when grease on plunger dries out. Contacts also wears out from pounding of solenoid and high-power transfer.
There are easy to install rebuild kits for solenoid that takes about 30-min to install. Look up actual part# for your starter to find proper kit. Solenoid rebuild kits are plentiful and cheap. Here’s sample kit, probably not exact one needed by your starter.
This guy made his own solenoid rebuild parts from scratch!!

Good! Solenoid clicking means starter circuit is good and ignition switch activated solenoid properly. Problem is solenoid’s not transmitting power across from battery cable to starter.
At this point, you have many options
1. Rebuild starter solenoid by replacing only worn parts with rebuild kit.
2. Replace entire starter solenoid
3. Replace entire starter assembly which also includes starter solenoid. If you get rebuilt starter, make sure you get long/lifetime free-replacement warranty. Lots of rebuilds aren’t that good.

I think these answers that question.
@wilhelmdla66 , did you ever get this fixed?
