Im thinking of getting the Engine bay cathode kit from Randode.com. Has anybody ordered the Lava Red kit? Does it show up red? It looks orange in the picture. Thats what I want is orange. Any feedback on this is appreciated. Thanks.

 

have not seen that color but Randode is the guy to buy from plug n play kit EZ install on the quick fast.

 

It shows up orange I know a few people who got it and were disappointed.

 

I have the hot lava kit for my footwells and they are not orange, nor are they red. I would say it's exactly inbetween the two. The name pretty much does explain how it looks. It's a nice color, IMO, but if you're looking for a really DEEP red, you'd have to go with something else.

In any case, Randode makes a great product and really takes care of you.

 

im looking for it to show up orange though.

 

a guy in our club used white and wrapped the min orange film to make orange.
this could also be done in red over the lava red cathodes to make them a deeper red.
