Rattle coming from front end

I have an 06 XB manual with about 45000 miles on it and have been having a rattle sound coming from the front end when excelerating at low speeds. It doesn't happen all the time, just once in awhile. It doesn't do it when cruising at low or high speeds. I wondered if anyone else has had this problem, or knows of what could be wrong. I kind of would like to have an idea of what it could be before I take it to the dealership to get checked out, and they tell me I have to sign my life away to get this fixed. Any input would be great, thanks.

I know for mine it was a part of the cable from the front tweeter speakers had broken away from its foam encasement. Just had to tape it back away from the plastic it was vibrating against.

Could be some loose trim under the bumper or near the tires

Sounds like the heat sheild on the catalytic converter. I've had about 4 cars that all rattled on acceleration, it was the heat sheild every time.
