Rusted Rocker Panels

Noticed a little rust on the bottom of my door...removed the side skirts to find a horror show of rust. The rockers are totally gone...what can I do?
Is this car even safe to drive?

On mine, I have some rust on my front driver side fender where the plastic wheel well liner gets close to the sheet metal, and I can see some rust creeping up from under the side skirt as well.
