Scion xB reliability survey results (2006)
The latest TrueDelta Vehicle Reliability Survey results have been posted. These are for the year ending December 31, 2007.
For the 2006 Scion xB, we received an average of 3.2 months of data on 18 cars. This is an insufficient, very small sample size, so the result is asterisked. The stat of 21 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year (0.2 per vehicle) is much better than average for a 2006 model.
We've also released a result for the 2008, discussed in that forum.
Everyone who has been helping out with this research, thanks, these results wouldn't have been possible without you. Those who aren't yet helping out, I hope you'll consider doing so. It would be nice to get rid of that asterisk and include additional model years.

Absolutely. I just don't have enough owners of the 2005 signed up yet to include that year. Many more participants are needed for all model years.

You can enroll a 1998 Ford the same way you enrolled your xB, here:
Car reliability survey enrollment
It sounds like you might have tried to enroll the Ford in the site's separate Vehicle Reliability History Survey. It's totally separate right now, and only goes back to 2002 so far.
As for the main survey, the Vehicle Reliability Survey, it can only be accessed through links in an email I send out early each month. If you have a 2006, you'll get your first such email next week.
