im rebuilding my 04 xb and the driver side seat belt is locked. i know there are some ways to fix that but im not sure how to do that and i cant find a aftermarktet seatbelt any where. ive looked ebay etc does anyone know how i can get a replacement seat belt so i can get my toaster back in business. thanks a tonnnnnnn!

 

Check your local junkyard. Failing that, Toyota should be able to get you one. Watch Craigslist for people parting out cars too.

 

You do know it has an active tensioning system in the pillar between the font and back door.
