I didn't get a gift card? Was the dealer suppose to hand that out or am I suppose to fill something out?

You have to finance through toyota financial to get the gift card.

 

I got my $50 gift card about a month after I bought my xB. I think it's just a thank you from the dealership. Maybe yours is lost in the mail, or... mabe you bought it used, or... maybe some greedy Scion owner was stalking your mail and stole it when you weren't home? Anything possible. Good luck finding it. I paid cash for mine and it was new? Guess it doesn't apply to me, that sucks!

 

What it is is a way to suck you into spending more. The stuff you can buy with it all costs more than $50, but Toyota figures $50 off stuff is too much to just throw away, so you'll go apply it toward their overpriced accessories.
