Voila

Looks like my driver side died today. All the other locks unlock from the fob, but the driver side will not engage to lock or unlock. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks as always!

Is this a difficult diy install?

Found it for roughly $85 here:

Easy install, remove inner door panel , reach instide undo 2 small screws , disconnect electrical connector , install electrcal connector , place actuator inplace, reinstall 2 screws , reinstall inner door panel. Done , now your key fob and alarm will work correctly.

And for the price , don't forget to add S&H , would still bring it to over 100 bucks.

The other locks work just fine, so hoping this replacement will end this. Is there anything else that could cause this?

Cold weather. when mines ourside and the temp is upper 20's or lower the drivers door will not fully unlock. when it's warmer it works great.
Not sure why but i'm thinking they used a heavier grease on the door that gets used more?

Received the part today. Do I need to grease this thing at all? Also do I need to disconnect the battery before I install?

Thanks again all!

Use a little boot/dielectric grease on the connector , and I always disconnect the battery for electrical work. Ever have jumper cables touch as you remove them from you car? accidental fireworks are not fun.
