Default anyone have a DIY on fender removal?

tore up my fender with bad chains in tahoe.. bought a new one but I cant figure out how. can someone point me to a past post or help me out with some instructions? much appreciated...

Remove the front bumper. (Think there is a DIY on here)
There are I believe two 10mm bolts.
Under the hood there is a bolt that holds the headlight in place.
Further down the top of the fender there is another bolt if I remember correctly.
There are two 10mm bolts inside the door jam. Your going to need an extension to get at them. Put a little tissue or paper towel in the socket the hold the bolt snug so as it wont drop and get lost.
Under the fender near the door there are two 10mm bolts.
I believe that's it.
