Default Best way to mount GPS on xB2 besides window suction cup?

Looking for a nice way to mount my GPS unit either to dash or vent?

get one of those real nice non slip pads. the you can get this weighted thing that the gps will suction cup to.

Years ago in this forum some one mounted the gps unit on the left side where that extra little cuppy is at, using an empty Altoid little can to fit snuggly in that cubby.

Actually I found a very good mount. I don't use my CD player so this was perfect for me and in a easily viewable and accessible location. It's very secure. It is quick to take off. I wish it would fit my Honda Accord.
