Default Rear windshield wiper problem.

I suppose the chief problem right now is that the whole thing is missing.

Imgur links.

I'm gonna guess that some kid probably snapped it off. I woke up one morning and the entire arm (blade still attached) was in the lawn, despite my car being parked across the street. There's one missing piece - that cover that snaps on and over the arm.

Anyone know if I can just replace this by myself? I'd rather not drive the hour to the closest Scion repair shop and deal with their labor prices for such a minor thing. I've tried googling / forum searching for replacement parts but all I can find are just replacement blades and, as you can see, what I really need is a whole new doodad.

As long as the motor isn't damaged it should be a very simple fix. Just need a new wiper arm and maybe a nut (not sure if its still there).

I think the motor is fine, because the nubbin' [ridiculously] moves whenever I turn on the wiper. Any idea where I can buy one of these things?

Couldn't get the pics to load the first time. Saw that the nut and half the arm were still on. All you should need is a new arm and nut cover.

Autozone or a parts store like that might have it or can get it for you.

I doubt Vatozone will have the wiper. More than likely dealer only part. So you'll probably have to get it from a dealer.
Maybe it wasn't some vandal kids. Maybe the bird that left the massive poo decided to make it a perch and got upset because he had curry that night.

TRDsparks sells the wiper arm for $30.20 (MSRP is $39.22). Don't know about shipping, so you may just want to get one at a stealership.
