Default Removing Fog lights from 2010 RS7

I have a fog light that is broken and I'm constantly having to replace it. It's been 3 times so far. Plus the clear lens is cracked on both. I want to remove them and replace the grill with the matching top grill. What kind of work am I about to get into? How difficult is this job and can I do it myself or do I need some professional help?

Just need to unbolt and remove the headlights, then unbolt and remove the bumper cover. The fogs are mounted to the bumper cover so it's a couple screws and the two plugs and you're done. Snap a new lower grill into the bumper cover and reverse the whole process. Done.
