Rumion Emblems in!
 

Had a 4 week wait on these!

Luckily Had some time to install them!
 

Sorry for the low light in the pics...eagerly put these on minutes ago. Front grill emblem needed some work as well as the bumper material behind the emblem. Let me know what you guys think!

Wonder if any of these would fit the rear trunk handle of a 1st Gen tC... Looks good.

can you elaborate on the work needed for the front emblem?

Original Scion grill emblem
 

Sorry, I totally forgot to take photos of the Rumion grill emblem as I modified it to fit, but this is the back of the original Scion grill emblem. You can see that it's held in by 4 clips. The Rumion one has 2 clips in pretty much the same area that will work, all of the existing clips and stand offs on the Rumion emblem had to be cut off and sanded down to look as close to this one in order to fit. Bottom half of the Rumion emblem clips in and I used automotive tape to secure the top and sides in. Overall it's a pretty good fit and finish.

Lighting is really bad, but you can make out the size cut that I made in order to fit the Rumion emblem. Unlike the original Scion emblem, the Rumion one has a middle section that juts out on the back side, hence the need for the cut out of the grill area. I was really hesitant about cutting it, but the finish product made it worth it!

i saw a set of these on an xB last night in the city. Looks good.

When I do this I'll ask a local Scikotics member for help, he has done this, looks good, would like to see full front end pics!
I want to see how close our 2011's are compared to the actual Rumion xD

Wait for the emblems was long since they had to get them in from Japan, but worth the wait!

Wow, that is a great fit, so did they tell you the front emblem is for the 08-10 xB? I too have an 11'.
I used a Toyota emblem for the front so got kind of a Rukus look to it.

I like how the Rumion fits on yours. Just wondering if the 08 Rumion emblem size is what you used.

@ GROC80, NewScionParts lists the Rumion emblem as the 08-10. But I ordered it anyway and it does fit, with some work.

Kewl thanks for the info, now if someone could only release a decent looking lip for the 11' xB's I would be happy.
Not a big fan of that Rado kit that is available, might need to just modify something, seems like the 11 xB is the Scion stepchild. :/

Very impressive, I likey. I showed my wife the emblem & she said what is it??? Lol, she was like it's not a Corolla. I said ok, she likes the Toyota badge, so we will keep it this way. I like yours though, never knew it would fit until now.

I got a issue with Toyota badge because I sure like my Scion badge more then the generic family ride of Toyota even if its made by the same company.:icon_biggrin: That's the reason we are having this forum it all about Scion rides and not about Corollas!
