Default Tint...tint.. and more tint

I kinda messed up the clean look of my xB out of desperation. I need a special kind of tint and one that doesn't get me pulled by the popo every 2 seconds. I have EMF radiation sensitivity and with age it's gotten worse. So now I experience pain just on supply runs.

I bought expensive clear tint that is sold to block EMF in homes (flat windows) for my Lexus ES; but the installer flaked out on me. No clue as to why other than it was probably outside of the realm of reality for people their young age...? no clue.

So, I used it on my cheaper vehicle, the xB, to see how well I could do after watching several good tint vids. The windshield doesn't look all that great; but it does work as designed. The rear window was even harder bc I was just fed up by that time.
I did it last wanting to see how the front came out. Anyway, it's pretty much hidden behind the dark factor stuff.

Anyone know of car tint maker that makes signal blocking tint? I see companies like XPEL advertising clear signal, meaning they're proud of how it doesn't block the (harmful) microwave radiation. Bless their hearts. Meh blog..

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it's worth taking a look. https://www.slt.co/Products/RFShieldingWindowFilm/

Alternatively I know Courthaulds Performance Films has the capability to produce what you want, since they bought my father's company years ago, just not sure if they do.

Thank you. Yes, that is where I bought my tint. It's pricey and they concede it's not made for curved windows. I guess I stay on this path and DIY my Lexus too.

Part of the problem probably has to do with how thick they have to build up the metal layer for EMF blocking. It probably makes the film too stiff for it to form to curved surfaces properly.

That makes sense. I did my Lexus' sunroof today. Chipping away at it. I cut my hands on this stuff. It's more dangerous than I realized. No one wants to touch the job among the pros, given they have to use my tint. The youtube videos have been a wonderful help. .. I'm 60 and my health isn't great. I'll get it done bc I love the variety each vehicle gives.

Well, I found a pro to do my Lexus. I going to have him redo my front & back windows on my xB too. Thank heavens. I really hated the idea of cocking things up.

Interesting. I've never seen glass sold for that. They create the problem and profit off the solution. Not sure if it works. For a house is it? I just dropped 1K for just for enough tint to do both cars.
Getting the Lexus done soon, then the xB. This stuff works 100% when installed right. I installed it wrong and it almost did. At 60, this is what back money is for.
