Hey guys, I'm thrilled that I stumbled across this forum for fellow Scion enthusiast! I've owned my xB for over a year now and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately I am not a master of the import tuner style power increase options, which I've found there to be quite a few options. I've done the basic upgrades like cold air intake, catback exhaust system upgrade, new tires, upgraded rotors and installed a high flow fuel pump in the tank. I noticed a huge power increase just from deleting the stock air box, as well as a ____ ton of real estate in the engine compartment where all that ridiculous amount of air restriction they used. In in love with the new sound of the upgraded exhaust system too which also boosted my hp and fuel mileage! There is literally nothing this car can't do! It has the 4 speed with option slap shifter which is the only way I drive it! I'm on the market for getting even more out the seemingly unlimited power increase potential. My budget for this upgrade is around $3000. Any advice for a newby tuner junkie? A recommendation on where I can get everything needed for adding a turbo charger all in one order? I will be installing it on my own in my garage. I have been working on cars for as long as I can recall so I'm not scared to dig in and get the most bang for my buck. Also for what its worth I bought this vehicle from a very good friend of mine whom passed away last year so I've dedicated this car in his honor and I've been fixing it up ever since!
