Default 2011 xB no crank no start

Hello all,
I have a 2011 Scion xB with 70000km (43495 miles) 5 speed. All was great until I came out of a store pushed in the clutch and the car started for a second, let the clutch out and it shut off. Tried to start it and nothing. No engine lights.
What I have checked:
-Clutch switch
- Battery
-Grounds
-battery terminals

-used a different key

-All fuses

When I looked at the fuses under the hood, one of the fuse banks picture included was going crazy just kept clinking when the car was in the on position, so I replaced it still nothing. Waked the started couple times to see if it would temp. start and nothing there also.

Any insight or help would be great,
Thanks in advance

Carefully inspect the main buss fuses in the white box just to the left of the fuse bank that was clicking. It is the main power for the whole car after the battery. It is possible that one of them blew.

took the clear cover off and checked them, used an multimeter. none of them are blown. Any other ideas ?

Do you get no lights on the dash at all or just no start?

If it's the first then it has to be a main power problem. I would check the power starting at the battery and working back with the multi meter.

If it's just no start pull the airbox and see if the cables to the starter are loose, or possibly a bad starter.

Well its FIXED!
was taking out the air box and battery to get out the starter and saw that there was two grounds. They looked fine and I tested them with a multi meter, but decided to clean them the bolts and the metal and added dielectric grease.

Poped the battery back in and presto started up no problem. I don't know if this is a common problem or maybe because the car sat for so long.
(made in 2010 sat the the dealer until 2013)

But im happy its fixed

No, not a common problem but it sounds like the engine ground was the loose one. good that it's fixed now.
