2013 xB2 Tranny Upgrades

So I've got a spare transmission laying around and instead of paying somebody $3,000 I want to know if I can get the parts and where?

My end goal is to be able to Turbo and and whatever else I can get a little better fuel efficiency and have some fun while I work
I'm going to put the Sonnax Zip Kit and Master Rebuild Kit with performance Pistons and looking at getting a remanufactured torque converter and flywheel flexplate.

Best place to get these parts from? It's hard to find a torque converter for the U241E automatic transmission
I'm already going to put a transmission cooler with a fan in the thermostat in it because I drive all around Inner City stop and go and have to leave my vehicle running due to temperature sensitive specimens

Next on my list is a cat back exhaust and engine oil cooler but what else can I do to this brick wall to get a little bit of fuel efficiency out of it?

Maybe a programmer? What would you suggest?

Check with Orange Virus Tuning. They are the only company to have cracked the Toyota ECU code and can actually reprogram the ECU for better performance and fuel economy.
