Codes P138 & P607, Downstream O2 Sensor?

Codes P138 & P607, Downstream O2 Sensor?
Recently the Check Engine Light came on in my 2008 Scion xB with the codes P138 & P607. I had an exhaust leak up front on the pipe with the downstream
O2 sensor that was repaired and all was well for a few weeks. Now the codes have returned and I have read that the next part to replace is the downstream O2 sensor.
Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Codes P138 & P607, Downstream O2 Sensor
Permanent fix with cutting metal and welding, only get the Codes now if
the weather is very humid, I'll clear the Codes and the xB is good to go!
