i was about to get it from ptuning but then a friend called me for something else so i asked him if he can get me anything " parts for the 08 xb ". next thing you know he just drop by my work w/the tanabe touring exhaust for free. yep i didn't type it wrong it's FREE ,i didn't pay him a dime. what can possibly beat that. i'll post sum pics later and i'll get it install tomorrow then post more pics and a video when i get the chance.

Woooo!!! I'm really curious how it sounds without the axle back as well as with.

And FREEEEE?!?!! Can't beat that at all!

If it's still too loud, you could possibly get a longer muffler like this Magnaflow unit.

great stuff here. the quality of this tanabe tourning is amazing. the welds is a sweet thing to look at. the tip looks great if i didnt get this for free i would pay $350 to buy this from ptuning.

The Tanabe quality is extra nice, it's a shame that it's under the car.

thank you all for the compliments. after some trial and error now i know what to expect for removing the scuba tank. my advice is if you plan on doing some thing like my setup i would recommend a different setup. get a hi flow cat thats not a race style, a resonator is a must also a muffler is a must. my whole setup is actually for off road purpose only well except the muffler so it's still pretty loud but bearable and have a low tone w/o the rasp and thats a plus. too bad the vid didn't sound as good as in person so when i get a chance i try to post a better vid.

cincinfocal i could recommend the shop where i did all the work but its in La Verne about 30mins+ east of los angeles.

sp2 my tip for the muffler is 4" and the piping on it is 2.25"-2.5" i'm not too sure but the rest of my pipes is 2.5" from the header down to the muffler.

i would recommend these #46005 #46006 because it can pass smog which my setup doesnt come close

yea i was thinking of going 2 magnaflow high flow cats and possibly a glass pack 30" muffler

the cat-- http://www.jegs.com/i/Magnaflow/642/54305/10002/-1/750982|10251

glass pack-- http://www.jegs.com/i/Cherry+Bomb/545/87515/10002/-1/769804|10265#

going 2 cats because i already lost one with changing headers and i can kinda smell the fumes more with out that cat
